Like most UK manufacturers we’re currently experiencing supply chain problems. While this doesn’t affect the quality of our products, it is making our delivery time a little longer than we’d like. We’re doing everything we can to get our sofas into your homes as quickly as possible and we’re working hard to keep you, our fabulous customers, informed every step of the way.

** We charge a higher delivery rate to the following postcodes: IV, KW, HS, AB, PA, TR, SY, LL, PH, ZE (these postcodes are excluded from any free delivery promotions).
*** Excludes Charlie Large, Archie Large, Pip and Anderson footstools. These will be charged at the Sofa / Chair rate.
**** When order individually. Items will be delivered together if ordered with a sofa, chair or footstool.
Outside of Mainland UK
Please be advised that customers are entirely responsible for arranging their own third-party shipping for locations outside of Mainland UK.
Processing – including quoting, packing, payment and collection – will be the remit of the instructed shipping company and not that of Arlo&Jacob.

Furniture
Furniture will be unwrapped and expertly assembled in the room of your choice. Our delivery team will even take the packaging away with them. You’ll get a quote for delivery on the checkout page and once you’ve ordered, all the information you need to arrange delivery will be sent to you via email. Please note that in some regions restrictions apply to delivery dates. Our delivery company will let you know if this applies to you.
Collection of your old sofa
You can arrange collection of your old sofa, armchair or footstool with our collection partner, Clearabee. For a small fee they will provide a discounted furniture clearance service. Clearabee aims to re-use and recycle your old furniture, diverting over 95% of their collections away from landfill. Find out more and book your collection.
Accessories
If you’ve just ordered some of our sumptuous scatter cushions or throws, they’ll be sent separately via parcel delivery. If they’re ordered with your furniture, they’ll all be sent together.
